Terms and Conditions for Art Jamming

1. Age Requirement

Art jamming is suitable for individuals aged 7 and above. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a paying adult, and both must register and pay full price individually.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance.Full payment is required to secure your slot.Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

4. Session Duration

Each art jamming session lasts for the duration specified at the time of booking. Extra time may be granted at the studio’s discretion, subject to availability.

5. Use of Materials

All art materials, including canvas, paints, brushes, stationaries, inspiration cards/books are provided for use during the session. Additional materials may be available for purchase.

6. Finished Artwork

Participants are responsible for collecting their completed artworks. The studio will not hold or store artwork unless otherwise arranged.

7. Conduct & Safety

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and staff. The studio reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience or poses a safety concern.

8. Photography & Media

By participating, you consent to the studio taking photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.

9. Liability

Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to belongings during the session.

10. Changes to Terms

Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Art Classes

1. Age Requirement

Our weekly art classes are suitable for children aged 4 and above. Younger children may join selected classes at the studio’s discretion. Parents are encouraged to ensure the selected class matches their child’s age and ability level.

2. Registration & Payment

All students must register in advance. Full payment of class fees is required to confirm enrolment. Slots are only secured upon receipt and verification of payment.

3. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Makeup Classes

No refunds will be given for missed classes or withdrawals after the term begins.
Makeup classes may be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and within the same term. No-shows without notice will be forfeited.

4. Class Schedule & Duration

Each weekly class follows the duration stated in the schedule (typically 1.5 to 2 hours). Any changes in schedule (e.g., public holidays or studio closures) will be communicated in advance.

5. Use of Materials

All art materials required for class projects are provided by the studio. Students are expected to handle materials responsibly. Additional materials for personal use may be available for purchase.

6. Artwork Collection & Storage

Students are encouraged to bring completed artworks home at the end of each term. The studio may keep selected works for exhibitions or display with parental consent. Uncollected artworks may be cleared after one month.

7. Conduct & Safety

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow studio guidelines. The studio reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a student whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment or poses a safety risk.

8. Photography & Media

By enrolling, you consent to the studio taking photos or videos of classes and artworks for educational or promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you prefer your child not to be featured.

9. Liability

Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while attending classes or events.

10. Changes to Terms

Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. Updates will be shared via our official communication channels.
