Terms and Conditions
1. Age Requirement
Art jamming is suitable for individuals aged 7 and above. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a paying adult, and both must register and pay full price individually.
2. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance.Full payment is required to secure your slot.Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
4. Session Duration
Each art jamming session lasts for the duration specified at the time of booking. Extra time may be granted at the studio’s discretion, subject to availability.
5. Use of Materials
All art materials, including canvas, paints, brushes, stationaries, inspiration cards/books are provided for use during the session. Additional materials may be available for purchase.
6. Finished Artwork
Participants are responsible for collecting their completed artworks. The studio will not hold or store artwork unless otherwise arranged.
7. Conduct & Safety
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and staff. The studio reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience or poses a safety concern.
8. Photography & Media
By participating, you consent to the studio taking photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
9. Liability
Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to belongings during the session.
10. Changes to Terms
Creative Meeting Point Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
